Aaron Hogsbjerg
Aaron Hogsbjerg is a director and is a partner in Hogsbjerg Farms who are one of the JV partners. Aaron is the third generation of Hogsbjergs to farm in Belchamp Walter but in Denmark the family goes back many more generations in the farming world. Aaron and his father Antony bring a vast knowledge and experience of farming to the company but especially within the sugar beet sector where they have been growing sugar beet for the Bury St Edmunds factory as a family since 1950’s
Julian Swift
Julian is a director of Griffin Farming Ltd and has been running contract farming agreements for customers since 1988. Starting off as Belchamp Farm Services Ltd running his own farm of 250 acres and the neighbouring estate at Belchamp Hall the business grew to encompass multiple clients covering in excess of 2000 ha. In 2017 planning to take a more backroom role in the contract farming sector Julian and Aaron, along with the then owner of Brook Hall, David Fahie, formed Griffin Farming Ltd allowing Julian to move his contracts into the new venture.
Pauline Goodley
